It was my first time at this Ford dealership for a service/oil change on my Bronco. They really seem to care about you and your vehicle. It was easy to schedule and when I got there there was a gentleman that made sure a advisor helped me within a few minutes. The experience was great and I will go back.

I highly recommend seeing Brett in the service department should you need regular maintenance or if you are having a problem with your vehicle. He will shoot you straight and the team of mechanics that work in the shop are top notch.
The service department (Tom) treated me with courtesy and listened to my concerns. They were able to locate the problems and resolve my concerns. They provided me with shuttle service before I even sat down in the waiting room. The service advisors are situated in a customer friendly way and the waiting area, if you use it, is very pleasant.
From the time I pulled up to the time my car was returned I felt like a valued customer. Mike was kind, informative and concerned. He communicated with no hidden agenda. Everything was just as he’d stated, no surprises just support.
Service was delayed a bit but all in all wait wasn’t terrible. Service writer explained everything before hand

Not bad service but if there is a recall for the camera rear they should have them to fix the problem.
Convenient location and easy to make appointments for service. Not always the best communication but reliable service.
Fantastic experience. Wasn’t pushy with the extra add ons. Josh C was my service advisor and he was very nice, professional, and he helped get me out in a timely fashion for a meeting I had in the afternoon. The car wash at the end was the cherry on top!

Not sure I would buy another vehicle from Sunset. The lack of communication during and after was shocking. I will say, I love the way do all of the financing and paperwork, it was much faster and smoother than other dealerships we’ve worked with. Part of the purchase agreement was that they would replace our windshield (as it was cracked when we showed up to look at the vehicle). I purchased my used 2023 Pacifica from Sunset ford (south county) and it was due for an oil change. I made appointment dropped off vehicle and set it up for “the Works” package to be performed. I indicated I had a coupon for that package for $ 89.99 and would bring it with me when I picked up my vehicle. Once finished I went to pick it up and pay, but when I presented the coupon I was told I couldn’t use it, because it specified “synthetic blend” oil and that they had used “full synthetic” oil.
