Went in for a state inspection. Communication was very poor. Machine was down. Sat there for over an hour. Car was picked up following day communication got even worse. Bought my car from here. Should be treated better.

I bought my vehicle at Suntrup Ford Westport, it's had a recall since it was made and I have paid the car off, but I received a post card telling me to schedule the recall for which they would have my car for a week, to include a loaner vehicle. The sale was great and the truck has been great. Not a huge fan of being promised one free service by my salesman and then being told "oh sorry we don't do that anymore" when I call to schedule though, less than a year after I purchased the truck.

They were great. I brought my Coachman motorhome that had been sitting for 6 years. They checked it from top to bottom to make sure I had a safe trip.
Basically, everything worked out well, but at times didn't seem like one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. I think shortage of employees and to many cars to work on the problem at times. But\n It seems like all dealerships have that problem right now.
I used the new service of having Ford pick up my vehicle and return it when the service has been completed. Thank you for adding this service. I love it.

Sunset had the exact truck I wanted on the lot- Dalen responded to my interest inquiry in short order and even came in on his day off for the test drive. I slept on the offer and the next day we closed the deal in short order. I hope I don’t need a new truck for a long time but if I do I will absolutely recommend Dalen at Sunset.
The work being done was for a recall, the workmanship was very good. The appointment was made 10 weeks in advance but still not looked at on the day of appointment. So multiple trips had to be made for drop off and pick up. Otherwise all good.
Came in for an emergency repair and found an issue with another dealership’s work. They personally (not texts or emails) kept me looped in the entire process and felt good to feel seen and heard. They helped me get the right stuff done and the price was lower than expected. Way to go and keep up the good work. Loved my car wash (it was much needed)!

Daniel Johannessen is the epitome of professionalism. He is honest, very clear in answering our questions, and never fake an answer. If he didn't know the answer to a question we asked, he asked his manager. He wanted us to get the purchase we wanted and did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. Daniel is very knowledgeable, and also kind, patient, and respectful. We would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone we know considering a new car purchase in the Ford family.
At first, I was annoyed on how long it was going to take. Over a day, and I live 1.5 hours away. Then the next day, I got a call, that ford sold me the wrong parts. But sunset had the correct parts, and it was cheaper through them. My advisor got me my refund and the install got done and everything now is perfect.

Service was great My service advisor was Josh Crane. He explained the work that was done and made sure I was aware of the process. He was informative and helped me get back on the road quickly. They have a nice little setup for you to wait so I worked in their set up until my car was done.
Exceptionally easy to work with. I made complete arrangements with Justin, new vehicle sales manager, over the phone for the purchase of a new F150 King Ranch on a cold call. We arrived at a fair price, including a trade in without either of us seeing the vehicles. The following morning I met with his designated salesperson, Cory Pupillo, presented my trade in, and completed the sale. No issues, no changes, no BS!
Buying our new Bronco Sport was great and easy. However, we got a chip in the windshield and trying to get a estimate for filling it is a bit frustrating. Was told they had to call back. Six hours later I called back and was just told it would have to be handled by a subcontracted company. Way to much to go through for a simple item. Getting it taken care of somewhere else.
