Tom O'Day is an absolute great service advisor. He is customer focused and will move mountains for his customers when it comes to making sure their vehicle is fixed and they have minimal inconvenience on their end. I have been a customer for 2 decades. I have purchased over 10 vehicles and they have always been fair with me and have been attentive to my requests and follow up. My wife enjoys their service department in Waterloo, IL. We just picked up our second Bronco about a month ago, with custom leather seats and the entire transactions was easy and would highly recommend Tim Stewart. We've been going here so long that Justin, one of the family members/owners always makes a point to come out and thank us for our business.

Took my 2014 Escape in for a recall on door latches and was a smooth process. Took about 2 days, which is understandable. Josh, the Service Advisor was awesome and very helpful, especially when I needed to get something from the vehicle while in shop. I would definitely do business with them again if I ever need service.

Very impressive facility upon arrival with huge inventory. Our salesman was Cory Papillo and from the start he was helpful and not pushy. He knew the product and the inventory including nuanced differences between models and upgrades. This helped focus in on what we wanted. He provided us the opportunity to take several test drives and let us decide what we liked best. Negotiations were also hassle free with quick responses. Other dealers stall intentionally. The Sunset Ford Svc. Dept. has taken great care of our cars for over 10 yrs. Advisor Mike Sowards has consistently delivered top-notch service with great follow up. If a Part didn't arrive or there are any delays, he is on the phone or text with us ASAP. Our vehicles have been fixed right the first time on approx. 15 visits. We would highly recommend Sunset Ford due to Mike Sowards in the Service Dept.
