Our experience was pressure free and easy going at Sunset Ford. Eddie was wonderful to work with and made us feel comfortable. Plus, Jeff made the financing portion a lot of fun.

I wasn’t pleased having to wait 4 hours for an oil change when I was told it might take two hours. Other than that everything seems good.

Very impressive facility upon arrival with huge inventory. Our salesman was Cory Papillo and from the start he was helpful and not pushy. He knew the product and the inventory including nuanced differences between models and upgrades. This helped focus in on what we wanted. He provided us the opportunity to take several test drives and let us decide what we liked best. Negotiations were also hassle free with quick responses. Other dealers stall intentionally. It was very helpful to get a trade estimate that they stuck to without seeing the actual vehicle until closing. Based on our experience I would recommend sunset to friends and intend to use them for service. They move that huge inventory for a reason.
