The experience was fine. I wish I could have stayed with my car, but they advised me not to. The shuttle took me home and Dropped off my car back to me.

Sunset had the exact truck I'd been shopping for. I traveled nearly 3 hours (1 way) and the staff made everything super quick and easy! Daniel Johannessen is the epitome of professionalism. He is honest, very clear in answering our questions, and never fake an answer. If he didn't know the answer to a question we asked, he asked his manager. He wanted us to get the purchase we wanted and did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. Daniel is very knowledgeable, and also kind, patient, and respectful. We would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone we know considering a new car purchase in the Ford family.

At first, I was annoyed on how long it was going to take. Over a day, and I live 1.5 hours away. Then the next day, I got a call, that ford sold me the wrong parts. But sunset had the correct parts, and it was cheaper through them. My advisor got me my refund and the install got done and everything now is perfect.

Service was great My service advisor was Josh Crane. He explained the work that was done and made sure I was aware of the process. He was informative and helped me get back on the road quickly. They have a nice little setup for you to wait so I worked in their set up until my car was done.

Exceptionally easy to work with. I made complete arrangements with Justin, new vehicle sales manager, over the phone for the purchase of a new F150 King Ranch on a cold call. We arrived at a fair price, including a trade in without either of us seeing the vehicles. Buying our new Bronco Sport was great and easy. However, we got a chip in the windshield and trying to get a estimate for filling it is a bit frustrating. Was told they had to call back. Six hours later I called back and was just told it would have to be handled by a subcontracted company. Way to much to go through for a simple item. Getting it taken care of somewhere else.
