SERVICE

  • Available for both Quick Maintenance or Diagnosis Needs
  • Sunset Ford will send 1 Staff member to pick up your personal vehicle within a 15-Minute Radius of the dealership.
  • We will discuss all Service & Maintenance needs by Phone, Email or Text.
  • Quotes for repairs will be emailed or texted to you.
  • Our staff will update you throughout the day with status of your vehicle.
  • Oil Change & Basic Maintenance will be completed same day, returning your vehicle before end of business or at a scheduled time that suits you.
  • Payment is available via credit card over the Phone, Secure Text Payment or Secure Email.
Schedule Service Mobile Tech Service

Pick Up & Delivery means we will send a staff member to the customer’s house or work to go get the customer’s vehicle, bring it back here to perform repairs or maintenance as requested, then based on size of repairs requested, may return that afternoon – return to the customer’s house/work to deliver their vehicle back to them. On larger maintenance repairs, returns may be scheduled the following business day to allow enough time to complete the requested services. For larger diagnosis repairs, other factors including parts availability or extensive time to complete repair may prolong the return date. Please discuss with your Service Advisor for any specific questions and coordination of Pick Up & Delivery.
