What Can You Do To Winterize Your Ford?

  • Inspect Engine Coolant Fluid: Even in cold weather, your engine needs coolant. We can check to make sure you have enough coolant fluid in good condition.
  • Brake Inspection: If the roads are slick, it can take longer for you to brake. So, it’s best to make sure your brakes are functioning as well as they possibly can. We’ll check the brake system to make sure everything is as it should be.
  • Battery Check: Batteries have a harder time during cold weather. We can check your battery before winter hits to see if it’s still in good condition or if you should have it replaced.

  • Repair Cracked or Chipped Windshield: If your windshield has a small chip or crack, it may not seem like a big deal — but cycles of freezing and thawing can turn it into a much bigger problem. We can repair some chips before they get too big.
  • Check or Replace Wiper Blades: If the windshield wiper blades on your Ford are beginning to wear down, you should have them replaced before winter so that your visibility isn’t compromised.
  • Switch to Winter Blend Washer Fluid: Windshield washer fluid is important in all seasons. Make sure that your Ford is filled with a winter blend that can better stand up to the cold.
